How to send a Kanjani birdie love note (4 steps):

1. Decide if you want the 2 pins to be presented on the standard Love Note backing card (see photo, no action needed- I will select the business card or A6 size as appropriate), or if you wish to upgrade to a small or large gift box (select from menu and add to cart). **Gift box selection means you will not receive a backing card**. (As always, gift box purchases include a free upgrade to locking pins for the pins).

I strongly recommend the large gift box for birds with long tails, and the large box is the only box option for the balloon pin, as these pins are too long or wide to fit in a small gift box with a second pin.

The large gift box is available in black or white depending on supplies, and has a black velvet insert. Due to current stock issues I cannot guarantee which colour larger box I will use between black and white. Choose your birdie and add to cart. All our bird pins are available to use.

2. Choose either Love Note Set, or Set + Sm Giftbox or Set + Large Giftbox.

3. in Customization please indicate your bird choice AND your love note “message”.

Message options: Larger red heart, smaller red heart (gold trim), heart balloon, parcel, red mini rose, black mini rose or yellow mini rose.

N.B. I recommend the longer beaked birds only for the parcel and the larger heart, but the choice is yours.

4. *If you have chosen a small gift box please also indicate your choice of box colour.

5. Please check you have added BOTH your bird pin and a message pin choices in customisation (and box colour choice for the small gift box if you are getting that). Then you can checkout when ready.

International orders:
Standard/free shipping is UNTRACKED. I always obtain proof of posting, but I cannot replace lost untracked orders.
Upgrade to Royal Mail International Tracked for fully tracked mail to delivery. I can replace lost International Tracked orders, as these are insured.

I cannot guarantee international shipping time frames once the order is with the postal service, with both options above Royal Mail aims for 3-7 working days for Europe and 5-14 working days for the rest of the world.
