SHIPPING
UK orders:

Standard or Free Shipping: UK second class post, with Royal Mail delivery notification tracking
Express Upgrade: Royal Mail Tracked 48h delivery.

International orders:
Standard or free international shipping is UNTRACKED. I always obtain proof of posting, but I cannot replace lost untracked orders.
Upgrade to Royal Mail International Tracked for fully tracked mail to delivery. I can replace lost International Tracked orders, as these are insured.

I cannot guarantee international shipping time frames once the order is with the postal service, with both options above Royal Mail aims for 3-7 working days for Europe and 5-14 working days for the rest of the world. During holiday seasons, order early to avoid disappointment.

Cancellations accepted before shipping. 
After shipping items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, at buyer’s cost. Refunds (minus shipping) will be issued after inspection of the returned items.

• Buyer must return item within 30 days of delivery
• Buyer is responsible for return postage costs
• Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition.
